First we handpaint the glass using special glazes. When the paint is dry we introduce the pieces into an electric kiln and fire them for about 6 hours till it gets to 850°F; at this temperature, the glazes fusions with the glass.
Then we let it cool down for another 12 hours, so we can move it to the packing area.
Each piece is really one of a kind work, because each painter gives the piece a personal touch. As each piece is painted separately, the colors and tones may vary.
We use bubble wrap to protect the glass and we put each pieace in a small box.
We introduce a quantity of this small boxes inside a large box and fill it with pieces of paper for a better protection.
Each box has a packing list glued on the outside. So you can check the order. We assure you that the glass will arrive in one piece.
The glass is for decoration only, and it is dishwasher safe.
